Terms & Conditions

These terms cover how we work with you. Anything specific to your job, the price, the products and the timescale, is set out in your written quote, which takes precedence over this general summary.

Quotes

Quotes are free and given after a visit to measure up. A quote is valid for the period stated on it and is based on the work and products described. If the job changes, we'll agree any change in price with you before carrying it out.

Your installation

Products are made to order, typically within 3 to 4 weeks. We'll agree a fitting date once your products are ready. We take care of your property and clean up after ourselves.

Guarantee

Frames are guaranteed for 10 years against distortion, cracking and colour fading. Glass units and hardware are covered by the manufacturers' warranties. All installations are FENSA registered (#43815).
