How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare your quote, arrange a visit and carry out any work you go ahead with. For installations, we also register your work with FENSA as required. We don't sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we need them to provide our service, honour your guarantee and meet our legal and tax obligations, then we delete them.
