Not everything needs replacing. A misted double-glazed unit, a door that's dropped on its hinges, a sticky lock or a snapped handle can usually be sorted quickly and cheaply, and we'd rather fix it than sell you something you don't need.
If a repair genuinely isn't worth it, we'll tell you and give you an honest price for replacement instead. Either way you get a straight answer.

Your windows and doors are made to order, typically in 3 to 4 weeks (sometimes a week or two longer in busy periods). Most installations are completed within a day or two once your products arrive.
