Plenty of installers will only fit a window or door into an opening that's already the right size. If yours needs widening, narrowing, or forming from scratch, that usually means bringing in a separate builder, more delay, and another set of hands to manage.

Your windows and doors are made to order, typically in 3 to 4 weeks (sometimes a week or two longer in busy periods). Most installations are completed within a day or two once your products arrive.
Your frames are guaranteed for 10 years against distortion, cracking or colour fading, and the glass units and hardware are covered by the manufacturers' warranties.
